Everything was amazing, this hotel had very helpful staff and magnificent location. Location: the venue was very close to the train station and major sights in the city, all sights, attractions, restaurants, shops & cafés, and Ponte Vecchio. The place was near Mariano, where you can have dinner. We didn't have time, so we would come here again...

We absolutely loved our stay at Provenzale Casa! Everything was amazing, from the modern furniture to the excellent location near major sightseeing destinations. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. We were impressed by the attention to detail, such as the black out shutters that made sleeping easy and the terrific air conditioning that kept us cool during a heatwave. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the apartment had all the bells and whistles we needed, including multiple luggage racks and 2 working TVs. this place felt luxurious and was definitely worth the price. We would definitely stay here again!
Felt like being at home, nothing to complain about.

Loved our romantic escape! The room was so cozy and had everything we needed - a coffee machine for morning pick-me-ups and fluffy towels for luxurious showers. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and all the sights. Plus, the staff was super helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The initial room we were given was small and had no windows, which was a bit disappointing. The beds were also very firm and could have used an extra pillow.

During my recent transit in Florence, I stayed at Provenzale Casa, which I found to be a conveniently located apartment. One of the notable features of this accommodation is its proximity to the nearest airport, which is just 9 km away. This made it incredibly easy for me to catch my flight without having to worry about long commutes or traffic delays. the provided database also mentioned that this apartment is suitable for transit stays, which perfectly aligned with my travel plans.
Although Provenzale Casa offered convenience for my transit stay, there were a few drawbacks that should be considered. the apartment itself was quite small and cramped, located on the 2nd floor of an old building without an elevator.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions and train station. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows, which provided a great night's sleep. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Provenzale Casa, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable for sleeping, and we struggled with the keys and locks when entering and leaving the apartment.

I absolutely adored the elegant decoration and attention to detail at Provenzale Casa. The furniture and design gave the hotel a classic and sophisticated atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciate hotels that take into consideration the comfort and accessibility of older guests. Provenzale Casa had spacious and well-lit areas that made it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. It had a great location, with several wonderful restaurants nearby and even a wine window. Despite not having a proper window, it didn't affect our stay since we were out exploring most of the time. the check-in process was smooth and the staff at the clothing store next door were friendly and helpful.
The hotel's address was slightly misleading, causing confusion.
